Daryl Procinsky | Board Chair As a Senior Partner with ONPA Architects, a firm with a 50-year pedigree on some of the largest infrastructure projects in Alberta, Daryl brings a diversity of experience as the first Board Chair of Port Alberta. A champion for business development in Alberta, he has presided on the Subdivision Appeal Board for the City of Edmonton, held several vice-president positions and has been the President of the Alberta Association of Architects. Daryl also co-founded and is currently the Chair of the Consulting Architects of Alberta.
Daryl was recently named one of the Top 50 Influential People in Alberta by Alberta Venture. Congratulations Daryl!
Donald J. Oborowsky | Director (Executive Committee) Donald is the co-founder and CEO of Waiward Steel Fabricators Ltd., an industrial steel fabricator with 500 employees, specializing in the oil and gas, pulp and paper, transportation and petro-chemical industries. Waiward Steel, currently celebrating 39 years in business, is recognized as one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies and regarded as one of the largest privately-owned automated industrial steel fabrication facilities in Canada.
Shawn Smith | Director (Executive Committee) Shawn is General Manager, Strategic Network Development for Canadian Pacific. CP is a leading Class 1 railway serving North American customers for over 100 years, moving hundreds of thousands of tons of goods coast-to-coast safely and efficiently. Canadian Pacific provides expertise in logistics and shipping through a network extending beyond railway infrastructure. Shawn is a veteran officer in the North American railway industry - he has led and participated in a number of strategic projects for the Canadian Pacific, including the Alberta's Industrial Heartland Expansion project near Edmonton.
Paul Marc Frenette | Director Paul Marc is an Associate Partner in Delloite's supply chain practice with over sixteen years of experiencein manufacturing and integrated supply chain engagements. He is currently responsible for the EdmontonConsulting Strategy and Operations, Western Canada Supply Chain and Canadian Health Care Supply Chainservice offerings.
Paul Marc has concentrated his career in operations excellence, procurement and inventory planning, logistics and distribution, and supply chainnetwork and transportation optimization. His background includes strategic supply chain reviews with a number of different industries and clients, such as: Alberta Health Services, Bombardier, US Oncology, RONA, Bell and Rio Tinto Alcan.
Herbert Chui | Director Herbert is President and CEO of SIF Asset Management Group Inc., a financial services and investment company with business interests in Western Canada, Hong Kong and China. Herbert is also President of tPic (transPort International Corporation), an organization with numerous business and community interests, that promotes and markets Port Alberta development opportunities to Asian investors.

Mike Cory | Director Mike is the Senior Vice President for the Western Region of CN, a leader in the North American rail industry. Following its acquisition of Illinois Central in 1999, WC in 2001 and GLT in 2004, as well as its partnership agreement with BC Rail in 2004, CN provides shippers with more options and greater reach in the rapidly expanding market for north-south trade. Mike has been with CN since 1981, working in a number of operational and management positions throughout his tenure.

Reg Milley | Director Reg joined Edmonton Airports as President and CEO on February 1, 2005. Edmonton Airports is responsible for the management and operation of four airports in the Capital Region: Edmonton International Airport, Edmonton City Centre Airport, Villeneuve Airport and Cooking Lake Airport. Prior to joining Edmonton Airports, Reg was President of Halifax International Airport, a position he held since 2001. Before that, he was a Vice President and Lead Officer with Husky Energy Inc. of Calgary.
Kendall Dilling | Director Kendall Dilling has 18 years of progressive technical and management experience in the oil and gas industry. Upon graduation from the University of Calgary in 1994 with BSc and BA degrees, he began his career as biologist, initially as an environmental consultant and then as an advisor at TransCanada Pipelines where he oversaw the regulatory approval process for numerous pipeline projects in Canada and the United States. Kendall then took a role at EnCana Corporation where he was responsible for greenhouse gas emissions management and provided advice to the executive on corporate environmental strategy. Upon completion of an MBA from the University of Calgary in 2005, Kendall moved into an oil sands business development role with ConocoPhillips Canada. Kendall is currently Vice President, Regulatory and HSE with Ivanhoe Energy and also serves as Chair of the Oil Sands Developers Group Transportation Committee.
